Tai Chi
The objective of this program is to teach the 24 posture basic form, which is an international standard drawn from the most prevalent styles of T’ai Chi. The lessons will focus on specific postures of the form that can improve; balance and coordination, strengthen muscle groups, relaxation and breathing. The instructor will be Joe Hennekey from the Rochester T’ai Chi Ch’uan Center, certified by Grand Master William C.C. Chen. (The RTCCC is an all-volunteer non-profit educational organization). The wearing of loose comfortable clothing and soft shoes is recommended.
The 10:00am -11:00am class is designated for returning students ONLY. The 11:30am-12:30pm class is for first-time and returning students.
