Beginner Gymnastics – Step 1

This class is ideal for 5 year old in Kindergarten and 6+ year olds with less than 6 consecutive sessions (1 year) of prior experience.
The goal of this class is to develop fundamental gross motor and gymnastics skills including: rolls, cartwheels, various hangs on the bars, jumping & rebounding, and basic body positions that are essential to the sport of gymnastics

Prerequisite: 5 year olds are in Kindergarten.
