Parent and Tot Gymnastics:
This class is for 2-3yr olds with support from a parent or guardian.

Preschool Gymnastics:

This class is ideal for 4 year olds and 5 year olds who haven't attended Kindergarten yet.

Focus is on gaining experience & confidence on small equipment and learning basic gymnastics positions and terminology

Using gymnastics to build gross motor skills – running, jumping, hanging, climbing, coordination, supporting body weight, and going upside down.

Prerequisite: potty trained

By Instructor Recommendation ONLY:

3 yr olds by recommendation only. We ask that 3 yr olds get experience in our Parent & Tot program first.
3 yr olds who are permitted in the Preschool class are required to have a parent remain in the observation area for the entire class and help with bathroom trips.
3 yr olds who are unable to stay with their group, wait their turn, and behave appropriately will be asked to transfer to a Parent & Tot class.
