Parent and Tot Gymnastics:
This class is for 2-3yr olds with support from a parent or guardian.


Preschool Gymnastics:
  • This class is ideal for 4 year olds and 5 year olds who don’t attend Kindergarten yet.
  • Focus is on gaining experience & confidence on small equipment and learning basic gymnastics positions and terminology
  • Using gymnastics to build gross motor skills – running, jumping, hanging, climbing, coordination, supporting body weight, and going upside down.
  • Prerequisite: potty trained
  • 3.5yr olds by recommendation only

Winter session Dates: January 6- March 7 Registration begins: December 2nd for residents; December 11th for non residents *No class January 20
