Parent and Tot Gymnastics:
This class is for 2-3yr olds with support from a parent or guardian.


Preschool Gymnastics:
  • This class is ideal for 4 year olds and 5 year olds who haven't attended Kindergarten yet.
  • Focus is on gaining experience & confidence on small equipment and learning basic gymnastics positions and terminology
  • Using gymnastics to build gross motor skills – running, jumping, hanging, climbing, coordination, supporting body weight, and going upside down.
  • Prerequisite: potty trained
By Instructor Recommendation ONLY:
  • 3.5 yr olds by recommendation only. We ask that 3.5 yr olds get experience in our Parent & Tot program first.
  • 3.5 yr olds who are permitted in the Preschool class are required to have a parent remain in the observation area for the entire class and help with bathroom trips. 
  • 3.5 yr olds who are unable to stay with their group, wait their turn, and behave appropriately will be asked to transfer to a Parent & Tot class. 

ALL GYMNASTICS PARTICIPANTS MUST BE THE AGE OF THE CLASS BY THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. No Exceptions.
