Back Handspring Clinic
A clinic all about the back handspring! Instructors will work with athletes to develop the strength, technique, and confidence needed to get their back handspring. This clinic is for those already working on a back handspring. It is not a beginner class. Pre-requisite: must be able to do a back walkover and proper round off, and have previous experience working on the back handspring. Please contact Jackie Kitto if you’re unsure if this is a proper fit for your athlete.

Back Walkover and Pullover Clinic
The back walkover and pullover are two of the most essential skills to progress in gymnastics so we’ve put them together in this clinic. No previous gymnastics experience is necessary, but pre-requisites include being able to do a proper bridge and confidence going upside down on the uneven bars.

Half Day Gymnastics Camp
This camp is about so much more than just gymnastics instruction; children will be introduced to the basic and fundamental movement exercises in life, athletics, and sports. Each day the program will offer a variety of activities ranging from fitness activities, basic gymnastics and sports basics such as eye-hand coordination (i.e. throwing, catching, and kicking).

Warrior Camp
Are you an athlete looking to build strength while conquering challenges and having fun? Come train on our NEW Ninja Rig. Roll, flip, swing, and climb you way to become a stronger athlete. Each day will feature different obstacles and strength exercises as well as basic tumbling lessons

Showcase
Participants must be currently enrolled in the late spring gymnastics session – a Step class or higher (ninja and preschool classes are not eligible) . Routines are being taught in classes. On the day of the showcase, participants will showcase their routine in a mock meet with scores and awards based on age groups.
