Track and Field
A week camp will include lessons on various track and field events including sprints, hurdles, long jump, shot put and youth javelin. We will work on stretching, drills, event practice, technique work, workouts and lots of fun games and activities. We'll also have time for daily lessons on topics like hydration, positivity, the importance of confidence, teamwork and more.
