- This class is a continuation of Step 3 by director recommendations only.
- The goal of this class is to allow athletes to continue building strength and progress skills beyond Step 3 without moving into our competitive program
- Approximately 50% of class time will focus on strength and flexibility
ALL GYMNASTICS PARTICIPANTS MUST BE THE AGE OF THE CLASS BY THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. No Exceptions.
