Looking to build lean muscle and boost cardiovascular health? This 45- minute class delivers a complete workout through intervals of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of core, and 1 minute of cardio (low or high impact options available). Participants can expect to improve overall strength, burn fat and enhance flexibility. Exercise mats are available, and bringing small hand weights is encouraged (a limited number of weights will also be provided).
