Field and Facility Use Policy


1. An application must be made by a responsible person, 21 years or older. Certificate of
Insurance for teams and leagues as needed. “Town of Henrietta” must be added to certificate
as additional insured.

2. A person, 21 years of age or older, must stay with the group at all times during the use of the
facility.

3. The administrative offices at the Henrietta Recreation Department are open Monday – Friday
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Phone: (585) 359-2540.

4. In cases of schedule conflicts, the Town of Henrietta Recreation programs take precedence
over any other public or rental use.

5. The person, group or organization using the facility is responsible for clean up and/or any
damage. ALL PARKS ARE CARRY IN AND CARRY OUT – YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN
TRASH BAGS.

6. Payment is required at the time of application. (Prices are Subject to Change without notice).
There is a 20% cancellation fee.

7. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL TOWN OF HENRIETTA PARKS AND FACILITIES.
