Refund, Credit, or Transfer Policy


Please read carefully:

Refunds are available as noted below unless otherwise stated in the program description. A check will be issued in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. You may also request that your refund be credited to your account or transferred to another program at the time of registration. The processing fee for refunds for all programs is $10. There is no processing fee for a Town account credit or a program transfer.

· Refunds will be given as account credit, to be used towards upcoming programming or rentals, or by
  check. Credit Card transactions cannot be reimbursed back to cardholder.
· If a program is cancelled by the Town, a full refund will be issued.
· A medical refund must be accompanied by note from physician. Refunds will be prorated from date of
  injury/accident minus a $10 processing fee.
· Participants may withdraw from a program up to the start date of the first class. A full refund will be
  issued minus a $10 processing fee.
· If a participant withdraws from a program during the first half of the program, 50% of the registration
  fee, minus a $10 processing fee, will be issued.
· Refunds will not be given for missed classes or to anyone who registers for a program but does not
  attend.
· Once a program has ended refunds will not be given for any reason.
· No refunds will be given for Recreation Center Memberships or Visit Passes.
· Classes cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for credit
  or 
refund. If possible, make-ups will be scheduled.
